Eversyde Medical Clinic offers family medicine and walk-in care for Evergreen, Bridlewood, Woodbine and nearby communities in Calgary SW. Some services, such as driver medicals and cosmetic Botox, aren't covered by Alberta Health Care; please call us for fees.
Primary Care
Our family physicians provide everyday primary care for patients of all ages, from check-ups to new health concerns.
Chronic Disease Management
Our doctors follow up on ongoing conditions such as heart disease, asthma, COPD, arthritis and diabetes, including regular reviews and lab work.
Senior Health
Care for older adults, including medication reviews, follow-up of chronic conditions, fall prevention and help coordinating referrals.
Weight Management
Our doctors can review your weight, health history and lab work with you and discuss a plan that suits your health needs.
Baby and Pediatric Checkups
Well-baby and child checkups to follow your child's growth, development and general health.
Botox
Botox injections are available. Botox may be used to treat chronic migraine in some patients, and for cosmetic purposes. Cosmetic Botox isn't covered by Alberta Health Care; call us for details.
Mental Health
Support for concerns such as anxiety, depression and ADHD, including assessment, treatment options and referrals when needed.
Vaccinations and Immunization
Routine and seasonal immunizations for children and adults. Ask us which vaccines you're due for.
Workers' Compensation Board (WCB)
Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries, plus the medical reports your WCB claim needs.
Driver Medical Exam
Medical exams for commercial drivers, some seniors and people with certain health conditions who need one for their licence. Not covered by Alberta Health Care; call for the fee.
Minor Procedures
Procedures such as minor burn care, foreign body removal, skin tag removal and wound dressing.
Wart Treatment
Treatment of common warts with liquid nitrogen (cryotherapy). More than one session may be needed.
Pain Management
Help managing chronic pain, back pain and other long-term pain, with a plan reviewed at follow-up visits.
